We aim to have all orders picked, packed and sent out within two business days after you have placed your order. Typically, we send all orders on a UK Standard Service.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
Please note that due to the nature of access in some parts of Scotland, furniture deliveries to the following postcodes may require a quote from a member of our team: PH, IV, KW. Please use the contact us page.
Additionally, for items offshore, please contact us to receive a quote. In all correspondence please include the items you are interested in as well as your address and a member of our team will be in touch asap with a specified quote.
Upon arrival of your package, please note any damage to the box as well as any damage to the item itself. If you feel that the damage to an item or a box is too severe please refuse the package. There is no need to refuse all delivered packages if most are in good condition.
It is your responsibility to check that the items that you have ordered will fit into your home prior to delivery. Please allow for the fact that, as most of our furniture is hand-made, the dimensions specified on the site can vary by 1-2cm. If your item is large then check that it can pass freely through doors and corridors and have space to turn.
Once we have received your order we will contact you to confirm that we have the item in stock and to give you an approximate delivery date. Large furniture orders are usually delivered within 2-3 weeks. However, from time to time there is a bigger delay which we will notify you of immediately after receiving your order. If the item is not in stock then we will let you know when it will be so that you have the opportunity to choose between cancelling your order or waiting for it.
Please note that all delivery times are estimates only and during busy sale periods, orders may be slightly delayed.
Although we do not currently offer international shipping, if you would like to arrange your own courier to collect and deliver goods on your behalf, we are more than happy to facilitate this where possible. Please use the contact us page.
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is sent to you. However if you are not satisfied with your items, please inform us within seven days of receipt via the contact us page. We ask that you return the items to the following address for refund/exchange: Maison Macaron, 26 Bridge Street, Edinburgh, EH21 6AG
Please be sure to mark all items being returned with: Online Return, and include your name, address and email should we need to contact you. All products must be returned in original packaging, failure to do so may result in us being unable to accept the return.
Parcels are returned at your own cost and as such, we strongly recommend you obtain proof of postage from the Post Office as we are responsible for the item only once it has been received by ourselves. Items lost in transit shall not be treated as returned. We will, of course, refund postage on any faulty items returned to us.
Delivered furniture is not normally returnable.
